Removed 55 ton RTU and replaced it with a relocated 70 ton RTU. Tenant improvement also included the addition of new VAV boxes and miscellaneous duct modifications as well as a completely new control system with integration for exhaust fans and exterior lighting. We were only allowed to work on the weekends and we still came in right on schedule.
